Mixed Use Scheme The Promenade, Penzance
The proposal is for the demolition of a semi-dilapidated and un-marketable restaurant and replacement with a ground floor restaurant / bar and three floors of two holiday lets on each with an attic storey as a private apartment
The design proposal were designed to improve the streetscape and the attractiveness of the town and give reference to the true historic character of Wherrytown. The ground floor is designed to give vitality to the street scene along this area of vacant promenade.
