Planning & Listed Building Applications
We are highly experienced and successful in dealing with the often complex and sensitive planning process.
We apply a knowledgeable and careful approach to the preparation, submission and negotiation of all types of planning and listed building applications, including in conservation areas and for subterranean developments.
Interior Design Services
On projects within the high-end residential sector and for private clients, we offer an in-house interior design service.
This can include the full design of bathrooms and kitchens as well as joinery and lighting design and the selection of finishes and fittings.
Specification
Depending on the particular requirements of the project, procurement route and contract, we produce outline specifications and schedules of work up to full NBS specification documents.
These communicate the scope, quality and other requirements of the products and materials that go in to making a building project in order to ensure that the contractor delivers what the client is expecting.
Project Management & Contract Administration
Our services in project management and contract administration deal with the coordination necessary to manage the complex process of transforming a brief and design into a building. This includes leading the project team, monitoring the progress and quality of the whole design and construction team against the issues of budget, scheduling and quality control. We administer the building contract through the procurement, construction, handover and conclusion of the construction process.
